Description

Compassionate Dolma Karpo (White Tara), Goddess of Healing & Longevity

The Compassionate Dolma Karpo Thangka painting features a vibrant and intricately detailed traditional thangka of White Tara, a revered Buddhist deity associated with healing and longevity. She is often depicted as a peaceful and elegant female bodhisattva adorned in flowing garments and exquisite jewelry, along with a graceful five-jeweled crown that symbolizes her divine qualities and spiritual supremacy. She is known for possessing seven eyes, representing her all-seeing wisdom and omnipresence. Three eyes are on her face, two on her palms, and two on her feet. Authentic 24K gold is used to enhance the artwork further, imparting a radiant, spiritual quality. The use of acrylic colors on cotton canvas ensures durability while adding an attractive texture that deepens its religious significance.

She is depicted in this artwork standing gracefully on a multicolored lotus base, which symbolizes enlightenment and spiritual purity. Her spiritual and nurturing qualities are emphasized by the surrounding elements, including the dragon, the swirling clouds, and the beautiful floral themes. The background signifies the immortality of the spiritual state and features a magical landscape and a lovely moon. The swan and lotus blossoms at the bottom represent purity and enlightenment, while the dragon, a prevalent motif in Tibetan art, signifies protection and power.

White Tara's left-hand holds an utpala flower, symbolizing her ability to assist beings in their suffering, while her right hand performs the gesture of granting blessings (varada mudra). This thangka is not only a beautiful work of traditional Buddhist art but also a sacred depiction, evident in the artist's skill at crafting intricate patterns on her jewelry and clothing. Ideal for altars, meditation spaces, or sacred rooms, this thangka generates divine energy and will bring clarity, knowledge, and compassion into your life.

Amazed by their customer service and collection. Would definitely recommend them to everyone

Really Great Customer Service and very beautiful thangka collection.

This is a magnificent piece of Buddha Shakyamuni thangka. Masterfully executed in rich, vibrant colors with illuminating detail; The silk brocade frame compliments the painting beautifully and forms a focal point in our praying/meditation room I receive the piece earlier than expected in good shape; and prior to purchase, Rajendra was responding quickly and very helpful in providing high resolution picture for my further evaluation. Thank you Rajendra and surely I will be back again.
