Really Great Customer Service and very beautiful thangka collection.
This is a magnificent piece of Buddha Shakyamuni thangka. Masterfully executed in rich, vibrant colors with illuminating detail; The silk brocade frame compliments the painting beautifully and forms a focal point in our praying/meditation room I receive the piece earlier than expected in good shape; and prior to purchase, Rajendra was responding quickly and very helpful in providing high resolution picture for my further evaluation. Thank you Rajendra and surely I will be back again.
I was extremely pleased with the quality of the unique thangka I received, as well as the immaculate brocade. Communication with Ritual Thanka has been a pleasure, and shipping was faster than I could have hoped for. Six stars! :)

Machig Labdron Thangka:
The Machig Labdron Thangka, a revered female spiritual leader in Tibetan Buddhism, is a powerful representation of the founder of the Chod practice. The thangka, clad in traditional Tibetan robes, is depicted holding a damaru (ritual drum) and a bell, essential tools of Chod, a practice that involves cutting through ego and illusions to reach ultimate truth. Her posture, when performing a ritual dance, reflects her mastery of this practice. The thangka's intricate detailing, including delicate patterns of garments and flowing hair lines, reflects the high level of craftsmanship involved in its creation.
The red background signifies the protective and transformative power of Machig Labdron's teachings and highlights the thangka's role as a spiritual tool designed to inspire and empower practitioners on their path to enlightenment. Display this sacred artwork in your home or meditation space and bask in the golden glow of Machig Labdron's timeless wisdom as you journey towards awakening and inner peace.
