Return Policy
You are welcome to initiate an exchange or refund within 21 business days after delivery. However, please note that we only accept returns or exchanges in the event of an error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item). Refunds issued do not include the original shipping cost, irrespective of whether shipping was paid on the original invoice.
Our ultimate goal is to be sure you are 100% satisfied. Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible before returning a damaged or incorrect item at info@ritualthanka.com
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (10-14 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We'll notify you via e-mail of the original order of your refund once we've received and processed the return.
